It works fine for me, the FAQ section says......"You will need a computer with Windows Media Player and a browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. You will also need a broadband connection." Perhaps your media player needs updating? I'm not a techie I'm afraid.

What plugin do I need to watch the programs available on TG4?
I get the "Click here to download plugin" message. If I click on it, I get the message that no suitable plugins were found.
