Temple records and the itunes shop they both charge the fee to your telephone bill (i think).

the msn music site does have ITM downloads for the standard $.99 a track $9.99 an album.

Emusic http://www.emusic.com/ has a lot of trad material. It's a subscription service, so you pay for an amount of downloads per month.

Yahoo!Unlimited has a lot of Trad music, too. It's $0.79(US) a track to download.
