I was in A Coruña in May and I found a session, purely by chance, in a bar called Cova das Celtas. It was just a one-off session (I just happened to be in the right place at the right time), but they were trying to organize a weekly session there. There were no Irish musicians there - some of them were Galicians, there was a flute player from Madrid, living in A Coruña and a few had travelled over from Asturias. The standard of music was phenomenal.
When you find out please be sure to post it.... I would love to visit sometime, my Celtic roots are Spanish and Breton, through my grandmama.... love the music and would like to go to both areas....
I don't speak much Spanish though! So post in English too if you don't mind!
