Haven't listened to podcasts specifically but have listened to some of the shows at http://www.rte.ie/rnag/ (it is possible to record these - I believe).
Shakey - do you know how to record these webcasts? Also interested in recording programs from the www.tg4.ie webcasts - various ceol shows on there too
I use Free Hi-Q Recorder from http://www.roemersoftware.com/index.html It probably has other features but I've only used it for recording the programmes to MP3 as they are playing - it's worked a treat.

Just recently suscribed to "The Angus Sessions" podcast and it's pretty damn good!
Any podcast savvy sessioneers know of any others out there worth listening to?

checkout Replay Radio, not expensive works well, has a variety of related tools

there may be freebies and cheaper things, I haven't looked widely, but this stuff worked well capturing streaming audio of various sorts.

You might also try www.themusicofireland.com. There you will find the last four shows.They are downloadable (mp3 40 kbps)and are absolutely free
