I think it's a good idea for people to spread their videos/audios round various websites - if only because one or two of those websites "could" be in a precarious position one day. See for example http://news.com.com/2100-1026_3-6121034.html.
Although I post videos on YouTube I'm currently looking at Google video as another possibility because I feel comfortable with Google (I use gmail and Google's online word processing and spreadsheet applications).
I think you've got to be careful with some of the more popular sites; I've looked at one or two, and half a minute later my anti-spyware application reported that it had blocked half a dozen dodgy cookies. Caveat emptor.

I was worried about the IP issues being bandied about on myspace, so though I've got an account I don't use it - yet, anyway.

I can be found lurking at http://www.myspace.com/andyvenables . There are some slight latency issues with the bass track in the Mathematician set which cropped up between Audacity and myspace, which does make some of it sound a bit odd (that said, there's at least one mistake that I didn't spot till after I'd uploaded it, it's not all myspace's fault)
