No LPs or tapes I'm afraid, but I bought the book "A collection of fiddle tunes" mail order from http://www.cranfordpub.com/ and have really been getting a lot from it - they have some sample mp3s of his playing on the site.
Hi McGregor and Richard B. I have a CD of Winston stuff somewhere. It's been awhile since I had it out. I know of some friends who have some stuff too, but it might be awhile before I can get my hands on it. I'll see what I can do. I too highly recommend the book on Paul Cranford's site. I have a very large collection of fiddle books and that one is my favorite. Lots of great stuff on that site.
The CD is Classic Cuts. You can hear some more of Winston's sides at Juneberry78s.com. Great stuff. I've also snapped up one of his Bannf LPs, some of which is on the CD. He made a good few LPs.

In addition to the book of tunes, Cranford also carries the Classic Cuts cd. Well worth getting if you want to hear the older style.

Hey there. I have one Winston Fitzgerald LP, from a set of Canadian fiddling. (Oh how I wish I had the rest of the set as well!)
I"m not willing to part with the record itself for love or money, but I could tape it for you. Are you in Canada?
