I have a setting that is very close in "The Skye Collection" by Keith Norman Macdonald. If you go to Natalie's website it lists the source which she took it from and a link of how to get it. It's listed in "The Skye Collection" as "Thearlaich! Nan Tigeadh tu or Flora Macdonad"
I'm also searching for this tune.
Though originally Scottish, it was arranged in Cape Breton.
See this page:http://www.cranfordpub.com/natalie/Hands_TrackInfo/track14.htm
I forgot the name, but one fiddler plays this tune in Mary Jane-Lamond's album.
N. MacMaster's Flora MacDonald
N. MacMaster's Flora MacDonald
Does anyone have the sheetmusic for this tune? Everything I have found on the web is a different tune of the same name. Does it go by another name?
Richard
