Never met anybody having problems with keyless M&E (R&R), that is with finger stretch, reach, etc. and I met quite a few, some of them with really small hands. Moreover people who tried my M&E for the first time always commented that it's very comfortable and forgiving.
I have no comparison to Casey Burns though.
M&E Ergonomics.
M&E Ergonomics.
Hello
What can you tell me about M&E ergonomics?
Is much more comfortable a Casy Burns folk flute?
Thanks.

Re: M&E Ergonomics.
You might find something about it here: http://www.intrac.org/pages/SIDAWorkshop.html
but it only mentions actors, not flutes.

Re: M&E Ergonomics.
The stretch is fine.
The flute body has a relatively wide exterior diameter. I personally like that.
The M & E does not have the best balance - it feels heavier than other flutes.
Ergonomics should not cause much of a problem for most people.

Re: M&E Ergonomics.
Ditto to what Worm said, just be aware that it is heavier than the Folk Flute.
