Can anyone give me a name for this partially remembered tune? And the rest of it? I know it's a 6/8 march and I heard it on a recording of the Glasgow City Police Pipe Band in a medley of at least 4 6/8 marches. A Swedish friend -- a great GHB piper himself -- said it might "The Bugle Horn" or something like that. I have tried to transcribe what I recall in a flute-friendly key.

Good man! This is the same tune, more or less. I will have a closer look at it later and maybe the way the GCPPB play will come back to me. Thanks for the rapid response.

Re: 6/8 March Title
It's very much like The Bugle Horn, although I usually play it in D
Here's a link to the tune as I'm a bit lazy
to post it just now. Maybe, one of us could do it later.
