Just wondering if anyone out there has info on government policy, funding, etc. with regard to irish music?
I've been browsing on the web and came across a newletter thing which was implying that the government only started helping to fund the fleadh in 2002.
Re: government policy re. irish music related stuff
Hehehe...leave it blank . At this rate I'll be needing it to bribe the examiner ;)
Writing an essay at the mo on the government's role in facilitating and shaping the construct of intangible heritage. So one of the domains is ITM naturally, one of my favourite subjects, just the context is horribly boring, and stinks, just like almost everything
