Also, show a little respedt for other posters(when deserved) but take some of the old grumpy ones here with a pinch of salt.
Seriously though, a little info about yourself in your profile is helpful as it helps if we have a bit of an insight into what makes you tick. No need for the a/s/l stuff but, perhaps, country or region and instruments played along with a little bit of history will help. Be as vague as you like.
Hey Kris,
Just as well you're not on Footstompin'. They give you a lecture if you pick people up for their spelling and grammar there. It's considered to be bad form even when the poster is actually fick.
BTW 'C', just who are the other Grumpalumps (great word and no-one could pull you up on the spelling for that) around here, now that you have identified yourself as one?
Drop D Chalupa - welcome over from the CelticGuitarTalk website. You're not the first or last to infiltrate this pristine landscape Drop-D Rules!
Donough, Shhhhhhh! ~ I thought this was a sacred affiliation between you and those few othes... Sorry I broke rank...
I'm better now, honest Donough, I've had some sleep, at least I think that was what it was...and a certain awful bluegrass tune transcription made me laugh...
If this continues someone'll be tempted to write up a vigilante list of GRUMPALUMPS... If that happens we might have to all go pester the folks at 'fiddlefork'...

Also, you could do worse than to read the FAQ, if you haven't yet done so.

Also a n00b here.
