Some months ago I posted here asking people what they want when they go to a festival.
I'm very happy to inform you after several months of organising, that the Wessex Folk Festival will be happening in Weymouth, Dorset from the 2nd - 4th June.
You can expect the usual festival activities, with cracking sessions held at every possible occasion in a number of pubs.
Most of the bands/performers/dancers will form what is effectively a free festival from 10am - 6pm on both the Saturday and Sunday.
We also have concerts featuring Richard Digance on the Saturday and Flook on the Sunday.
