I hereby warmly invite all of you (not all of you literally, of course, but those in Glasgow next weekend) to the launch of my new, and first, solo album. It's being released independently and was produced by myself and Richard Creasey at Puresoundaudio in Cardross.
The details:
Venue - Upstairs @ Universal, 57-59 Sauchiehall Lane, Glasgow, G2 4JD
Time - 5pm
Date - Sat 14th Jan
The band on the day will be:
Jamie Smith - Fiddle
Sean O'Donnell - Guitar
Hamish Napier - Piano and Whistle
Ali Hutton - Bodhran and Guitar
There are also likely to be a couple of guest appearances from Richard Creasey on bouzouki and Christina Smith on fiddle.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

So which night is it you're giving Liz Carroll lessons? And will you remember us when you're famous?
Thanks for you support chaps and chapesses. The CD should be available through sites such as tradmusic.com and footstompin.com very soon.
I will be selling them myself as well so you can buy one in person and will get it cheaper that way (£10). Or you can send me a cheque for £10.50 (includes 50p postage) to:
