Finally found it under an alternate title, Blue Bonnets or Lesley's March to Scotland, which I thought would be in the database here - found it at JC's tunefinder.
For anyone else interested in this tune, the best notation for the version I am interested in is the old sheet music, Box 15, Item 95, page six, highland march, at the Lester Levy site.
It is the highland march from Oscar and Malvina, or The Hall of Fingal (1791) http://levysheetmusic.mse.jhu.edu/index.html
