John Blake, has performed in Worcester on two occasions with the band Teada. Born in London of Mayo parents he has been living in Ireland for a number of years. He is considered one of the best accompanists in the field of Irish music today having performed and recorded with a vast range of top flight musicians including At the Racket, Teada, Liz and Yvonne Kane, Oisin MacDiarmada, Harry Bradley, James Cullinane, the late PJ Crotty, Brian Rooney, the Mulcahy Family, Angelina Carberry, Jesse Smith and many others. Colm Gannon has just released his debut CD "Return to Droim" Born in Boston of Connemara-born parents, he has returned to Ireland to live. His father, John is a talented musician who is active in the Irish music scene in the Boston area where Colm honed his considerable skills which eventually led to a several year stint with Riverdance as the featured accordion player. Colm recently finished up a tour of the U.S. with the band Dervish.

The Hibernian Cultural Center is the new home of Division 36 of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians.
