How Does One Delete Defunct Sessions from "Sessions"?

How Does One Delete Defunct Sessions from "Sessions"?

Hi All; I notice that the session section of this site lists several now-defunct sessions in Denver. How does one go about removing these so that folks don't go to the wrong pub of a Sunday?

Re: How Does One Delete Defunct Sessions from "Sessions"?

I think only the person who posts a session can delete it or modify the information. So the best thing is to send them an email through this site. Failing that just go into the comments and put in an update such as the change of time or venue or the fact that it is now History.

You don't delete defunct sessions

This is copied from the FAQ page - I remembered seeing it a while ago:

A session I submitted is no longer active. How do I delete it?

You don't. Instead, add a comment explaining that the session is no longer active. Also, under the "details" tab, update the schedule so that no days are selected.

It is far, far more useful for people to be able to find information on a defunct session than to find no information at all.

The only problem is that the recommended method of "delselecting" days just doesn't seem to work. I tried it again last week, you can choose the day but not no day. Maybe a day called "defunct" would be a handy addition???
