It seems that alot of you are in Ireland at the moment, enjoying the sun ! so just to let you know, Mozaik are on tour there at the moment http://www.andyirvine.com/calendar.html don't miss them or you will definately kick yourself and the cat !
I think straight after that, Andy Irvine goes straight into a tour with Patrick Street in the UK. John Carty had joined them on a their last tour of Ireland and they were better than ever.
any photos, articles, radio or TV appearances, reviews of the gigs, are ALL very welcome.
Wish I was there :(
By the way Kieron, I like your site. I too was inspired by Andy Irvine and started out playing the mando and moved to bouzouki, i got into trad music from planxty, and saw andy play with planxty and mozaik in january. Keep the site up.
Saw Mosaik yesterday at Trowbridge festival - I can definitley second the 'don't miss them' comment... what a treasure that festival was too with Lunasa playing on Friday night. I was on cloud nine! The only downside was me attempting to join the festival session for the first time ever.... hugely embarassing, but that's for another thread!
I'd love to write a review of the gig.... but I suffer from the most appalling memory (nothing to do with the beer of course so I couldn't tell you the tunes they played, who stood out, or anything much about the gig. I'm just left with a wam happy memory of foot tapping music and great technique in the key of Kronenbourg1664.

'Saw Mozaik yeserday' would you like to write a review of the gig for the site, (plus any photos if you have )
The reviews from regular people are so much more earthy than those pro-ones. Would be great ! Lots of great gig and album reviews here too.
