We used to get free beer at our local!! but the landlord has gone :0(.....now we just get free fights and a ring side seat!! We don't play there no more.....
adding to the useless sillines of this topic how many packets of refreshers can any of you get in your mouth before the foam bursts forth? or space dust before you ear drums pop?
this was more fun in the old days lol when they still put all them chemicals in them!
We've a session at a far out place called It's A Beautiful Pizza. Oh wow, man. Tie-die wall hangings, cozmik. Not a slice on the house to be had. Major bummer.

The challenge here is to work out how to hijack a thread off topic when it don't have one. Maybe the answer is to give it a topic and then pour beer all over it.

I used to play in a band called Free Beer!. When we played in a tavern, the sign out front said Free Beer! tonight. Lots of people came in. We must not have been very good though, because you never heard of us. We changed our name at one point to Instant Cash and the sign out front of the tavern would say: "Come in and get a load of Instant Cash tonight". Well, you probably never heard of that band, either.
There's the old blues chat up line:
"Won't you squeeze my lemon, baby, till the juice runs down my leg.."
This never seems to inspire the most generous of responses.
