Conway, come to our Blythe session in London and you'll hear a frog on a fiddle
I was once involved in a moped accident in Paris, but cannot remember making any unusual sound.
I have a friend who has about 10 tunes programmed into his mobile. He switches them round every so often. Personally I prefer conventional ringing
Cannot get over success of crazy frog - what on earth is that about?
I put a midi version of silver spear on my sony/ericsson phone. The problem was that the speaker is so small you couldn't hear the midi file. A friend has stairway to heaven- don't ask.
OK, I don't really have that frog thing.
I used to have mp3s of Teenage Kicks for when one son rang and 500 Miles for the other. And Hot Rod Lincoln for an alarm.
Otherwise it's a discreet beep and vibration.
Haven't ya heard? ITM ringtones are the new "in" thing. It's replacing rap and snippets of Britney Spears songs. My brother who just graduated from high school says that people are mad for Liz Carroll, Paddy Keenan, and Danu.
I've downloaded "Mouth of the Tobique" from Jim Dorans fiddle web site and "St Kilda's Wedding" by Mattrick from the Mighty Craic Online site. I have had them on my Nokia 6230 a couple of months now, I hope I don't owe to much in royalties.
I have just stumbled on some great ringtones on the foot stompin' website http://www.footstompin.com/ringtones
Two of my favourite CD's. I'm definitely putting them on in the next few days. I know I'm SAD...... I used to really hate mobile phones.
<I spent yesterday having a barium enema, and next week I have to have a colonoscopy, so my ring is quite sensitive just now.>
Too much information thanks

Re: ringtones???
I once had a budgie with a "ringtone." It's very annoying to get out of the shower to answer the budgie.

Re: ringtones???
I can download any mp3 onto my phone from the computer and use it as the ringtone -its an LG phone.
But I'm not sure why I'd bother.

Re: ringtones???
Um, it's cool. If my phone wasn't so ghetto, it would play some pipey tune.

Re: ringtones???
Let's get this straight: To be cool, you have to have the hottest ITM ring-tone? Something like Egan's Polka, or Atholl Highlanders?
