Peach State Feis
When: May 20th 15th annual Feis. Hotel: The Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter (same as last year)

I didn't know you were online here. BTW it's time for my concertina to get a check up. One of the buttons (I don't use) is leaky, but it's still getting rave reviews. Also, I'm going to take Grainne Hambly's class this summer. Yeah!
Are you coming to the ACF on Saturday?? I have to play and Friday night I can't do the Feis because I have to work with the high school graduation.
We will start around 5pm and play till around 7:30 when the music contest begins. We will probably play a bit after Alex finishes her part of the music contest.
I am playing the flute now and leaving the concertina up to wife and daughter.
Bring that guitar and fiddle Bob, I am a former BG/Swing player myself and I have done some very inappropriate things to a few old chestnuts, but mostly I play 'em straight. Drop by, I'll buy you a pint and show you a thing or two.
I was asked to judge, but I can't because I can't go Friday, I have to attend high school gradutation 5-9:30pm tonight. The ACF is the Atlanta Celtic Festival. www.atlantacelticfestival.com. I'm playing a set a 2:40pm with my band and at 4pm and I'm going to try and get together a beginner/ intermediate session.
I'm not going to the ACF until 1:30pm, so I could come by the hotel in the morning. I'll email you my cell.

So you are not going to judge the music competition?
Alex learned a couple new tunes for the occasion.
What is ACF? We will be in town, probably recovering from the feis.
And yes, it is time for a checkup on your concertina. I can give you overnite turnaround.
