Tunes inspired by Yeats' Poetry

Tunes inspired by Yeats' Poetry

Trying to make a list of tunes and songs that were inspired by Yeats poetry (plus the origin of the melody):

1) Down by the Sally Gardens (An old irish air?)
2) The Stolen Child (Waterboys)
3) Never was piping so gay (Ed Reavy)
4) The Wild swans at Coole (Ed Reavy)

Any more?

Down by the Sally Gardens - if memory serves me, the tune is called The Maids of Mourne (or The Maids of Mourne Shore).

Re: Tunes inspired by Yeats' Poetry

Loreena McKennit has done the Stolen Child, and maybe more. I only know this because my ex mother in law used to play it, but I was trying not to listen.
