Brendan, with whom I spent many happy hours playing at the Eldon Arms session in Reading, died after a long illness at the weekend. He was a great bloke and a superb guitarist. If people think half as well of me as they do of him I'll be happy. I can't believe I'm never going to see him again.

Sorrows for your loss, Geoff. Give him a rousing send off.

Aw, Geoff -- sorry to hear, and many sympathies to all who loved him. Knowing how well we think of you around these parts, he must have been amazingly well thought of. I'm glad you have a lot of happy memories of him to hold close.

Sorry to hear that, Geoff. It's hard, losing a music buddy, since their are not too many of us around with our mindset. My condolences.
