Salterelle Irish Boube

Salterelle Irish Boube

I am looking to buy a Salterelle Irish Boube Accordion or one similar for my sister.
Any suggestions on the best place to look?

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

John Williams in Chicago sells these for $1800 last time I looked. Much cheaper than UK.

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

Depends on your location?

Are you looking for used or new? B/C, C#/D or something else?

I know of one for sale here in Denmark, and I'm sure others could help you in your general area if you would provide more information.

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

Button Box has a few Saltarelles for sale right now.

The page is updated regularly. But its a good idea to call the shop on the telephone during business hours because there could be other inventory in the store that is not on the web page, and items on the web page may be sold before the page is updated. The staff is very helpful answering questions about specific instruments.

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

I am based in Sydney, Australia but am prepared to look overseas for something because I have struggled to find anything here.
I don't mind new or used as long as it is in pretty good condition

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I would prefer it in B/C

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

I have one - though it is C#/D - that is in 'like new' condition. barely used... recorded one track with it and thats about it.

Re: Salterelle Irish Boube

Go for a Dancemaster... made in Florida, they're phenomenal boxes. I think the sound and playability is better than the Boube... the sound honks a little less.
