Re: Tenor Guitar cases....Where?

It just so happens I build cases for tenor guitars that are a bit deeper than an original stella for a living. Just kidding.

What I would suggest is visiting the SKB cases website and contacting customer support. I don't know if they still build customer order cases, but they may be able to help you and they're decent plastic hard cases that don't cost a bundle. Other than that, I know you searched the web, but I just searched with the terms "custom instrument cases" and came up with a number of links that look promising. Unless you are able to locate just the right case by luck (unlikely), having one built is your best bet.

Re: Tenor Guitar cases....Where?

MIke Soares at http://soaresyguitars.com/ makes tenor guitar cases for a very reasonable price. Check with him.

Re: Tenor Guitar cases....Where?

It might be worthwhile checking out cases for baritone ukuleles, also maybe gig bags for mandolas.
I currently have a baritone uke hard case I'm trying to sell !

Re: Tenor Guitar cases....Where?

How deep is our guitar? Finecases.com sells one for a five inch deep tenor guitar.

Re: Tenor Guitar cases....Where?

I just made a gig bag for my OM out of deer skin. Its a nice dark brown soft leather with a full zipper and a padded lining

took about 3 weeks to cut and hand sew the bag together, but the materials didn't even cost me $50

didn't shoot the deer myself, though. My cousin Tom got this one last fall. He gave me made some nice chops and a bit of the sausage he made, too
