It will be sunny and warm all season long, every single day. We will be increasingly flooded with folks from colder climates, more and more each week, until reaching critical mass sometime around April. When the tides recede after the snow melts up north, we will finally have the place back to ourselves, until around October, when the cycle begins again. I call it The Circle of Grapefruit.
