Does anyone have another name for a reel called The Moving Bog.Not the one here in the database. This one is in G with both an F# and natural in the first part???? The reason I ask is that although I cannot find this tune here, I find it hard to believe it is not posted somewhere as it is a very common reel.I don't need dots or to learn it just curious
Theres a tune called The Moving Bogs of Powelsboro which is played by a fiddler at my local session, incidentally less than 3 miles from the village of Powelsboro!. Its a popular tune in South Sligo and it sounds similar to this one if not indeed the same tune.
