"Silly Wizard" recorded this. I think it's traditional - it might be "The New Shilling" - but it could be one of Phil's. It's certainly on one of their early recordings. I'll chase it up if no-one else comes up with an answer.

No it's not - I remembered the 2nd part this morning, and I'm sure it's one of Phil's, possibly on a recording he made with "Relativity".
