O.K. the gig was in Idaho, out in the boondocks, the money was decent so we took the job. Our sound man was a big strapping fellow, friendly. Naked. So were most of the rest of the audience. Yup, we played at a "Family Nudist Resort". We kept our clothes on and played the music, the only complaint was that we didn't look at the audience enough. We were trying not to stare! Definitely one for the memoirs.
Classical CD cover girl muso porn, or a warehouseful of carcasses four days after the freezer stopped working? Or an intriguing mixture of both?
I would expect the carcasses, myself. My experience of life, however limited, suggests to me that the people readiest to go about with nothing on are actually the last people one would wish to see with nothing on.
I think the point of nudism is not to see people without clothes or to be seen without clothes, but just to be without clothes. Sort of like a session is not a place to be seen playing or to see people playing, but just to play.

So what did they look like?

That Hot Club de France story has being doing the rounds for quite a long time.
Does anybody know who started it or if it's based in fact?
I've always assumed it was a good story.
