Hi Folks. I have nice sobell mandolin for sale, it was made for me by stefan in1989, It is a large body, Cedar top, rosewood back and sides. and in excellent condition. I am open to SENSIBLE offers.
HI Larry.
Sorry I thought I had replied to your mail. anyway as I say The mandolin is a Large body, cedar top.and indian rosewood back and sides, it has spent most of it's twenty years in it's case, it is still on original frets ( which are unworn ) and with it being in a case for all these years it has retained all it's original colour. it also has an under saddle pickup. I know stefan has not made mandolins for quite some time which will make this mandolin more sought after, there is in fact an octive mandolin on the web going for $4000.
Thanks Paul.I gather that a sensible offer is now around the $4000 mark seeing you are quoting that? Too rich for my blood but best of luck with it. I notice that the photo of it hasn't worked on mandolin.org !
