I just got this and it's really nicely done - has notes about the tunes, as well as some instructions on how to do rolls, and the notation includes bowings and guitar chords. The guitar notes are very precise - not just "Drop D" or DADGAD" but "capo on the 2nd fret." http://www.kevinburke.com/html_home.html
