Can anyone tell me the name of these two Hornpipes that Joe Burke is playing with his wife? The first one is familiar as hell to me as i've heard it on a Mick Foster recording he plays straight after the Showman's Fancy but still no name on that recording either.
Thank you cathycook and ceolachan it is The Cuckoo's Nest and Smell of The Bog.
Oh and by the way ceolachan your transcript half way down the comments page on the Cuckoo's Nest seems closest to the one Burke is playing. The main ABC seems to stop "dead" when run through Concertina.net but cheers for your info.

What since a Cuckoo doesn't have a nest? Obvious really after all we all know a Cuckoo lives in a clock.
