Seriously? Steve, I have a Gold Tone IT-250, 17 fret banjo for sale. They sell new for a skooch over $600. I'll part with mine for $375. It's in mint condition, plays great. (I'm selling it to help defray a tenor guitar purchase.)
That's a pretty good deal. I have a 1924 Bacon Style B for sale for $450 if you are interested, but the GT will serve you well. I'm trying to get rid of it in order to have my wife speak to me again. She says I have too many banjos. The nerve.
(Thought I would throw that in, just to keep the competitive juices flowing :grin

Buy Will's banjo. It might save his marriage.

I play a Gold Tone IT-250 (with some tweaks) and find it very nice for blending in sessions. Will's deal is great. Grab it!

Stephen and I met today and the banjo has a happy new home! Always good to see an instrument go to someone passionate about the music.

Yay! Stephen, I'm really tickled that this worked out for both of us. Play your heart out, and I'll come over for a session sometime.
