It's called the Lazy Dog Strathspey, great tune!!

I would have to say the 'Con Cassidy's version here is a pretty poop transcription.
Lady Anne Montgomerys' is the tune in the clip there http://www.thesession.org/tunes/display/59
Whangee, the reel in your Youtube clip is Lady Anne Montgomery. There's a nicer setting for the first 4 bars of the "A" part though (FADA FADA |FAdA BAdA|FADA EDEF|D,B,A,B, D3 |) in my opinion anyway.
