10 dollars in expired Canadian tire money says he gets acquitted. The police were not there and after fifteen beers he could honestly say he doesn't remember driving anything anywhere..

If it'd happened in Texas, they'd have him hanged already, for getting sloppy on only 15 beers. That's just half the fuel it takes to drive from Austin to San Antonio....
