Does anyone else have this problem? When I watch old programs on TG4 such as Ceol-Cartlann I cannot move the cursor ahead to skip the advertisements or move around at all. Either the video picture continues without the sound or the picture stalls and the sound continues. So the only way I can watch these is to start at the beginning and just let them play through. I have Windows XP operating system.Thanks!
TG4's streaming video doesn't really work to well no matter what connection you have. It's best just to watch the lot of it. Maybe setting the video to a lowest quality setting might help but other than that your stuck.
Same problem on my Macs. I've just learned to enjoy the ads, and I can use all the repeats on the tunes I can get! Which is why I wish I could scroll back!
It is marginally better in Internet Explorer than Firefox. Best plan is to use Real Player 11 to download the videos and then you can stop skip and jump to your hearts content
Thanks for your suggestions. Changing the settings doesn't help. I downloaded Real Player and it records the sound but not the video. Oh well! What is frustrating is that I had no problems for over a year!
