I am trying to find the sheet music to "the trippers jig" which as far as I can find out also goes by the name of "My lame leg" but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if this is called something else....?
This is for our fiddle player. Now I know you will all say why doesn't he learn by ear but he has audio dyslexia so what goes in is not neccessarily what comes out...!
That's the one, otherwise known as 'It Is My Lame Leg That I Left Behind'. It's not actually a Cape Breton tune though, just a Cape Breton version of the old Scottish pipe jig 'Old Woman of the Milldust"
