Since you asked, "She had a mouth as big as Galway Bay" (whomever it was that did that one) is my nomination, although "Old Woman of Wexford" is right up there, too.
My two favorite songs (obviously they're not Irish): Beat Of Your Heart by George Martin (sung by Hayley Westenra) & My Heart Will Go On, sung by Celine Dion. I can't pick a favorite I love both songs.
