I wrote here a few weeks ago looking for advise re a Tenor Banjo I am playing about 8 Months and loving it but struggling

I was getting a really good banjo as a present and I just want to tell people Today I got a New Dave Boyle 17fret its a Beautiful instrument and the tone is fantastic

Thanks sherryc I contacted Dave and he had indeed got one

I cant leave it down

You've made a great choice - I have had a DB short scale for just over a year and it is just awesome - it made a huge difference to my playing and overall confidence
I also love the strings he uses (Tom Cussen supplies him with his own brand for short scale and I find them just perfect)
