I think you get them in the arctic from baby Sindts. They club them to death on the ice, take thier whistle and sell them. It very unpolitically correct these days.

I understand with No Educational Consultant Left Behind in the US, they plan on eliminating all early childhood education right after they get rid of the sex ed so we can all have the blessings of the Alaskan educational model.
That way they can use the money saved for faith based evangelical causes. Like replacing science teaching with bible studies.
Sorry. I have a Michael Burke whistle and think its the best thing since the red white and blue two piece bathing suit....

But that seems to have become more fashionable in the States. Also helicopter hunting of polar bears. Great fun.
In fact, I didn't realize how many American men and women truly value skills like dressing freshly killed moose and cubing it for chili or stir fry.
