need help: name of reel

Hi everyone.

I have uploaded a reel on youtube that i would really like to know the name, so that I can search the sheet music for it. Can anyone help me with the ID of this reel? It has 3 parts and sounds quite popular:

It's the dublin reel. But I'm curious.What the heck do you need dots for?

I guess I must be an exception, but I learn a tune much faster if I can have a look at the sheet music (doesn't mean I follow it dot by dot) :D

I for one really enjoyed the slide show! Especially the beginning pics with the kite flying! Thought is was a great match with the tune.
