A reel popped into my head just the other day, as fully formed as if I'd been playing it for years, although I don't recall ever playing it before. I have no doubt heard it countless times at sessions and festivals and learned it by accident. I should be most grateful if somebody could provide me with a title and composer. The version in my head (distorted by my fallible memory) goes something like this:

I did manage to find a setting posted here https://listserv.heanet.ie/cgi-bin/wa?A2=irtrad-l;XeDwnw;19980715103213-0400 under the name of 'June McCormack's #2', but I searched thesession.org database on that name with no results. An advanced search also returned nothing (although I have never had much luck with that - I'm told I'm just not using it right). I expect iot is there somewhere, under a different title with a complement of interesting information and anecdotes. I gave up posting tunes about 5 years ago because I couldn't think of any tunes that hadn't already been submitted - so I'll be very surprised if this one isn't already there.

It is not just my memory that has changed it, as the version I've linked to above is much closer to my version than the one posted here. Can any one trace my version (or 'June McCormack's #2') back to any particular musician or band?
