No, it's not a gig. Max asked the musicians from the Spotted Dog to come along but we don't know who else he has asked. As far as we're concerned anyone is welcome to play with us and we hoped we'll all be just as welcome in the pub.
Sunday at O'Neills is meant to be an Irish trad session. There is an English trad session running at the same time at the Bell in Ley Street and I suppose the people from Gannets willl be going there.
Yeah, but there's a listing on the flyer which says Irish Traditional Music at 3.00, Sunday (today), outside Harrison's-'Something' (?) - what's that all about?
There will be an Irish Session in The Shannon Centre on Sunday Feb 6th 2005, Irish acoustic singers and top Irish trad band. For more info on this event and venue, which under new management and is re-opening to the seven kings Irish Community

About time too!
Anyone else coming along?
Just one other question: on the flyer it just says "traditional music" at O'Neill's. Is this really a gig?
See you there

Re: Music in East London, UK
Is that on the Sunday? And is it just the "Traditional Irish Musicians" or does it include the "Gannets Folk Session"?
# Posted on June 19th 2003 by Rudall the time
...or just O'Neill's?

Re: Music in East London, UK
That's more of a performance, all right. We're just going to sit up on a stage for an hour and play sone tunes. Which is all we know about it!
