I am wondering if anyone can tell me about ITM in New Orleans. Are there any regular sessions and/or concerts of ITM. My family and I are going to be living there for a few months later this year and I would like to meet some ITM people there.

This Friday Paddy Keenan is playing at the Blarney Star in NY, It should be a brilliant concert.
There's a Branch of Comhaltas in New Orleans (See their website at http://www.irishneworleans.com/calendar.htm for details). They have lots of trad activities going on there and I'd be very surprised if they didn't run the occasional session.
There used to be one at O'Flaherty's in the French Quarter...Toulouse Strreet, I think. I went about 2 years ago but don't know if it's still active. Do a search for O'Flaherty's and New Orleans cuz I think they have a web site.
