I'm curious about a jig played by Emerald Rose. They call it 'Scatter the mud', but it's not. You can find it at http://www.bithinken.nu/ogg/ if you wish to help me. It's two different files, the first one is supposed to be Scatter the mud/Tar road to Sligo/Paddy Clancy's and the second one "The ever increasing jig" (the same as their "Scatter the mud").
Hey, what's wrong with oggs?
(Just home from an evening at the pub with some not prepared fiddle playing, had a lot of fun, and a lot of guinness after...)
Something else than Scatter the mud

The second one is supposed to be "The ever increasing jig set" and contains the earlier ones. So, it's the same thing. I think...

Re: Something else than Scatter the mud
I recognise the tune from somewhere - sounds like a piping tune.
You can also find it at:

Worth as listen if only as an exercise in learning how not to play the bodhran.
(I would guess that .ogg files are a bit too beard and sandals for most folks).

Re: Something else than Scatter the mud
Oh, it was great. And I think i've got the tune now. I'll submit it as scatter the mud (emerald rose version).
