Here's my second attempt to learn a tune off You Tube. It's Lori Watson playing a gorgeous slow march filled with double stops. I've figured out that most of the double stops are open-string drones, but some are fingered and just can't figure them out. I can play the song but it's just not quite right.
They were all done as samples for Ayepod's output - some fantastic clips.
If you want the music for the tune you can always ask Lori. I don't have her email to hand (and wouldn't post it online anyway) but you can always get in contact via Youtube or her myspace:

Anyone who can point me to the notation for this so my literal head can play it right, please help!
Thanks.

Can't help you with that, but the clip was a pleasure to hear and watch. If more contributors gave some thought to their backdrop.........

There's quite a few clips with that backdrop...I get the feeling they were done at the same time, in association with ayepod, and they are all great.

I am sure she would be only too willing to help if she can.

Regarding double stops, a mandolin chord dictionary can be a big help.
