I just had a look at few tunes having a G minor or Bbmajor key signature on this website. If you look at the sheet music for these tunes, the first flat of the key signature is always on the D. Isn't it supposed to be on the B?
Are you used to reading bass clef? Which tunes? Actually, I've just looked, and the first flat does look more on the C than the B, but I think that's just the way it comes out in this translation from abc's - the first flat is, in fact, supposed to be on the B and should be read as such.
Yes, the display is funky. As benhall said, it's the GIF rendering software. Key signatures with 1 or 2 flats place the first flat too high, on the 3rd space (C/Do). Oddly, tunes in F Dorian (3 flats) put the Bb correctly on the line.
Say ... I just noticed that, except for G minor and F dorian, the site doesn't let you submit or search for tunes with 2 or more flats in the key sig. Why is that? I have at least a few transcriptions in my collection in Bb, C dorian, F mixolydian, etc.
Key signature!

Re: Key signature!
Nop, not really use to read bass clef, it takes me more time to read it than (trebble?) clef "Clef de Sol".
Plus you are right, I was meaning A instead of D. (La instead of RĂ©).

Clarification
the flat is on the C rather than the B as benhall pointed out!

Re: Key signature!
No wonder you can't play Irish tunes from sheet music!
