I went with my sister (we were the twins) and it was the best music experience I have ever had!! It can't get much better than having a private lesson with Natalie MacMaster!
Everything is priceless there. ABSOLUTELY worth it - I go for the 4th time in a week... from Belgium. So VERY expensive for me. Lessons with the Leahy's :priceless as, the first poster writes. Seing Donnell playing,- and really trying to share techniques and spirit with everyone of us - having lessons with Natalie Mac Master, being among 200 talented and positive minded musicians - and being really welcomed , as a non canadian and not english-mother-tongue-student: GREAT - best camp I found in 25 years of various fiddle camps. I have found my place.
Leahy Music Camp
Leahy Music Camp
I just got back from the 1st (hopefully annual) Leahy Music Camp, which was, quite honestly, amazing. Or as Mastercard would say...
Plane ticket to Ontario: $150
Admission to Camp: $400
Seeing Donnell Leahy play B Minor from 10 feet away: Priceless
Did anyone else here go to it?
